WHY WORK WITH ME?
My name is Anna, and I am a recovering Overthinker.
Simply put, I know procrastination and overthinking intimately.
I'd wasted years trying to accomplish things by relying on motivation, overthinking every detail, struggling with perfectionism and lack of self-discipline.
And then it hit me: I ONLY struggled with things that had:
- no outside enforced structure,
- lacked commitment, deadline, and accountability.
I would excel at school or my 9 to 5, but had a hard time bringing many of my personal projects to life.
That led me to go on a fascinating journey of learning how our brains operate, how we are wired and how to navigate and leverage our human nature rather than fight it.
Oh, and I'm a Digital Wellbeing Coach, focusing on getting shit done in the Age of Distraction.
